SUNCOAST Pickleball Leagues
The SUNCOAST Pickleball league is offering a flex partner doubles league in our inaugural first event. Events 2 and 3 will feature team formats as well as the partner leagues. Play will be round robin format w qualifiers advancing to the season ending League Championships.
Partner Doubles League Rules and Format
Partner Doubles League (Register with a friend)
· Round Robin format with players entered in a 6-team division
· Division Winners and runner ups advance to playoffs
· Season is 5 weeks of round robin play
· Teams have 1 week to play their scheduled match
· Weekly scores are reported by email to info@suncoastsm.com
Pick your partner and register today for our inaugural season!
3 levels to choose from:
Beginner/Novice with all players having a rating up to 2.9
Intermediate with all players having a rating between 3.0 and 3.49
Advanced with all players having a rating of 3.5 and above.
Teams will compete in a 6-week season. The Flex format is round robin play with each team playing 5 doubles matches. The top two team in each division advance to the league championships.
Within this Flex format teams have 1 week to complete the scheduled match. The home team should contact the visiting team to schedule the match.
Play will be best 2 out of 3 sets with games to 15 using rally scoring.

Each winning position will receive 1 point for the win which will be added to the team’s weekly total.
Scores will be updated weekly, and players can check the website for standings and schedules.
How to get Involved/Upcoming Events
All players must be Wellen Park community residents. Each partner team must have a designated home court. If a partner team does not have a home court email info@suncoastsm.com and we will sign you up for a league and schedule your team all away matches.
